How long does it take to receive the orders?
We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, and shipping time might be longer than usual. We like to over-deliver so to keep it safe we take an average of the following: all orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business hours, this is also when you will receive your unique track and trace code. shipping will take around 3-10 business days depending on your location. We ship to around 75 countries. Do you ship to my country?
We excluded countries we can not ship to, from checking out. This means if you are able to check-out, we can ship to your country
Do you ship overseas
Yes, we ship all over the world. We currently ship to 65+ countries. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Currently Free Shipping applies on orders over over $100 / €100 / £85 We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals on shipping.
What are the return rules?
You can return a product for any reasonwithin 14-daysguaranteed. No questions asked. We do not charge a return fee The customer only have to bare the return label
When will I get my money back
Once we received your return, we will send you money back the day the return package arrives. It may take up to 3-5 business days for the bank to process this.
How do returns work
By simply sending us an e-mail on email@gmail.com or through the contact form. Our support team will then guide you through the return process. please do not send any returns here without contacting us first, since we need to create an internal ticket in order to refund the order.
When will I receive my cashback
In some cases we offer cashbacks, to prevent any hassles with returning the products and to compensate for any dissatisfaction. When the cashback is approved it will be reflected on your bank account within 3-5 business days, you will get an e-mail about this.
